Great at first, but downhill from there. 1st order was great. Flowers arrived in a box. 2nd and 3rd order did not arrive in a box and both flowers weren't fresh. The last one I ordered was pretty bad and disgusting. I tried contacting customer service, but I have yet to get a response. As for the app, it's good, does have issues during checkout. Wish there was a way to filter sellers because if you want flowers and certain chocolates, they can't be delivered together if from different sellers.

Their chat bot system is very unhelpful and sometimes doesn't respond at all, i have multiple issues with this. Delivery: They had mentioned it was delivered 3 hours prior it actually had, making me worry that it was delivered to wrong address, the driver had contacted my partner and sometimes cancelled the call when she tries to call back. With the order itself, i had ordered "Perfect you" and received "true love." This is incorrect, and the price difference is cheaper than what i had paid.

Could not check out until I deleted the app and reloaded. App has been the only issue. I have ordered flowers 3 times in the last 6 months, and they've always delivered on time and have no issues. Communication with purchase and after purchase is excellent!
